Crypto Naming Is a Warcrime

No offense, but if your new token is called "ZKLinkSwapXPro," I'm not buying it. Crypto naming is completely unhinged. It's either:

  • a serious-sounding word with no context (e.g. Blur, Drift)
  • some DeFi portmanteau (Uniswap + Snark = Unisnark?)
  • or a meme with no relation to what the thing does

I actually think that's part of the appeal. It makes the space feel chaotic and alive. But god help the newcomers.
